Dear Martino Family, Please accept my condolences and prayers for Coach Martino. Little did I know as a freshmen when I road my bike over to Colonia to see them play a state championship against Matawan, that the man coaching Colonia would one day change my life in a great way.
Coach Martino came to Rahway only 1 year and he changed us into winning ways, not only that one year but many more.
He changed my life forever with his honest and honorable opinion to college coaches which helped me receive a 4 year NCAA scholarship, and as well changed my future in business.
I am forever grateful for him coming into my life and I thank God for crossing our paths.
My prayers for Coach and condolences to his family. May God bless you.

Joe was an amazing educator and always had the best interest of his students in mind when making decisions or giving counsel. He truly helped me in ways I couldn't even comprehend at the time, and I will forever be grateful for his encouragement. He knew how to be serious and stern when the situation called for it, but he was a teddy bear and complete mush if you caught him in the right mood. His sense of humor and caring personality have left an imprint on this world that will not soon be forgotten.
