Jim and I have wonderful memories of the many picnics and Birthday parties that
she would have . Of course she made sure that there was always plenty of delicious
food for everyone.
She was the kindest and most caring person we ever knew.
May she rest in peace.

Thank you Shirley & Jim for sharing such a wonderful memory of my Mom and she would say the same about you both. She admired and loved both of you and would speak so fondly of you. xoxo

Dear Sherry,

My heart breaks for you and Sam at the loss of your Mom. That was an absolutely beautiful obituary about your Mom. She was truly an exceptional mother, grandmother and friend to all. I know that as difficult as this time is now you will always have wonderful memories that you and Sam shared with her. The comfort as you said is that she is with Skip now and you have two angels watching over you.
My deepest sympathy,
Love Marilyn "Mu"

Message from The Smiths

We wanted to share our condolences with the Hughes family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.

Thank you so much Smith Family for taking the time to reach out to us. It is true that our pain may lessen, though it doesn't always feel that way. I don't deny the feelings of pain as to me it would seem the greater the pain the greater the love between us was. My mother was a beautiful soul that will live on in our hearts and, as you said, our memories. Thank you again for this comforting reminder.
