Dear Theresa, Martin, the Hoang and Phan families,
We cannot tell you how heartbroken and sad we are to hear of Joseph's passing. He was an exceptional man and God has a very special place near His throne for him. He has touched so many hearts, there is no way of counting them all. He was a true example of a man that would do anything for his family and friends. He was loved deeply and will always have a place in the hearts of everyone who knew him and loved him. Rest in Peace, Joseph, you earned it. America is proud that you were such a great example of what an immigrant and American Citizen can accomplish with your love for this country.
