If there ever was a saint on earth, it would be my closest friend, Al Byington. He was that saint. Al was an excellent golfer and taught me how to golf. We had many wonderful times on the golf course. As an excellent engineer, he volunteered to draw the plans to the inch for the expansion of the attic of our house. We enjoyed many trips with Al and Jeannie and have many wonderful memories of Christmas eves our families spent together.
There is no doubt in my mind that Al is looking down at your wife and family on this Thanksgiving weekend. May God bless his family.
