Winifred Rusche

Mrs. Winifred Rusche, age 96 of Edison, passed away Thursday morning, October 8, 2020 at her residence.

She was born April 6, 1924 in Elizabeth N.J., a daughter of the late Dominick and Alexander Misiewicz.

Winifred was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Harold H. Rusche; Her son Robert H. Rusche; five brothers, Vincent, Joseph, Anthony, Alfred, Frankie; six sisters, Mary, Helen, Jane, Stephanie, Genevieve and Dorothy.

Winifred was a loving and caring grandmother to; Bryan (Alla), Nicole (Paul) and to four great grandchildren; Niko, Anika, Mia, Chase and Daughter-in-law Elaine Rusche. Winifred was often called  ”Winnie, Nan & Gigi”.

For Winnie, family was the most important part of her life. Winnie loved to be around family and friends, hosting holidays at her house. She also enjoyed traveling with her belated Husband.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Memorial Mass will be Tuesday October 13, 2020 10:00am at St Helena RC Church, Edison. Inurnment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia
