Stephen J Powanda

Stephen J Powanda passed away Sunday March 24,2024 at JFK Medical Center Edison. Stephen was born in Elizabeth and resided in Colonia before moving to Edison.  He was a Building Superintendent for Hidden Creek Apartments in Clark for over 20 years.

Stephen was predeceased by his parents Steve and Santa Barbara Powanda and his loving dog Ginger. Surviving are his brothers James Powanda and Edward Powanda, his nephew Nicholas Powanda and a niece Alexandrea Powanda also several cousins and friends.

Steve loved playing pool, camping and fishing. He enjoyed long walks with his dog Ginger.

Visitation Wednesday March 27, 2024 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Parastas Services Wednesday at 4:00pm. Day of Funeral Visitation Thursday March 28, 2024 from 8:15am to 9:15am at the funeral home. Funeral Services 10:00am at St George Byzantine Church, Linden. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia
