It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Scott Quagliato, who left us on August 25, 2024 at the age of 67. He was a devoted father and grandfather, loving son and cherished partner and friend.
Scott was born on May 25, 1957 in Union, NJ. He was a successful business owner who always worked hard to give his best to his customers. He was known for his love of music and animals, especially the deer he tended to at his lake house and his cat, Titan. He had a deep love of nature and enjoyed exploring other cultures through travel. He is remembered by family, friends and neighbors as someone who would aways lend a helping hand.
Scott Quagliato is survived by his his mother Joan Quagliato, nee Hilliard, two children, Dylan Quagliato and Laura Wuerz, nee Quagliato, his son-in-law Timothy Wuerz and daughter-in-law Taylor Quagliato, his grandson Edison, his life partner June Rokosz, his brother Dominick Quagliato Jr. and sister Marcia Filippone, nee Quagliato, and many nieces and nephews. He/was preceded in death by his father Dominick Quagliato Sr.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the outpouring of support and condolences during this difficult time.
Scott will be remembered for his warmth, wisdom, work ethic and unwavering love for his family and friends.
May he rest in eternal peace.
A visitation will be held on August 28, 2024 from 4pm to 8pm at Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison, NJ. A funeral service will be held at Gosselin Funeral Home on Thursday August 29, 2024 from 10am to 11am.
