Obituary
Sandy passed peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday September 17, 2022. Sandy was born in West Palm Beach Florida, raised in Westfield, NJ and resided in Edison, NJ for the last 39 years.
Sandy was a Special Education teacher at Arthur L Johnson High School in Clark, NJ for 32 years until her retirement in 2015.
For all that knew and loved her well she was an avid music lover and concert goer having attended hundreds of Grateful Dead Shows!
Survived by her loving husband Donald (Don) Whiteford of 39 years, her son Donald (DJ) and daughter in law Chrystal Whiteford, her daughters Kelsie and Nicole Whiteford, 1 grandchild Autumn. Along with one sister, three stepsisters and many nieces and nephews. Sandy is predeceased by her mother, father and one sister.
A viewing will be held at Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison, NJ on Thursday September 22, 2022 from 5-8PM and a mass at St Francis Cathedral in Metuchen, NJ Friday September 23, 2022 at 10AM
