Russell M Mohr

Russell M Mohr, 90, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Rahway Hospital in Rahway, NJ.

Born in Linden to the late Joseph and Anna (Gasko) Mohr, Russell grew up in Colonia before settling in Avenel, NJ.

Prior to retirement, Russell was a fork lift mechanic with Ferdon Equipment Co. A proud US Navy veteran he honorably served his country for over 33 years.

Predeceased by his sister, Joanna Mohr. Russell is survived by his wife of 66 years, Patricia (Sutton), his daughters Terri Firrello (and her late husband Steven) and Tracey Kennedy and her husband James and a son, Roy Mohr, as well as two brothers Barry Mohr and Gary Mohr. He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Elizabeth White, Samantha Mohr, James Kennedy and Sarah Kennedy and great grandchildren Winnie and Daphne White.

Funeral Services will begin on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Road, Edison, NJ. Followed by a burial at Rosedale Cemetery, 750 E Linden Ave, Linden, NJ.
