Rose Marie Coffey, passed away on June 1, 2024, at the age of 91. She was born on May 8, 1933, in Brooklyn, NY, and most recently resided in Edison, NJ. Rose was a woman of immense strength and unwavering commitment to her family.
Rose's favorite pastime was being with her loved ones, as she cherished her family above all else. She found great joy in spending time with her husband, Ed, whom she adored. Together, they created a lifetime of memories, making their relationship a source of joy.
Rose took immense pride in being a mother to her son, Michael. She was also a loving grandmother to her granddaughters, Lauren and Allison. Rose's family brought her immeasurable happiness, and she treasured every moment spent with them.
In her professional life, Rose devoted 28 years to working at Public Service, starting in 1949. Her commitment and dedication made her a respected and valued member of the company.
With a warm and friendly demeanor, Rose impacted the lives of those around her. Her kind nature made her a beloved presence, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is survived by her husband, Edward Coffey, her son, Michael Coffey, and daughter-in-law, Laurie Zabel. She also leaves behind her cherished granddaughters, Lauren and Allison Coffey.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
