Rose Edline Apollon, 57, of Edison, New Jersey passed away on April 16th, 2025 in Edison, New Jersey.
Rose was born in Cayes, Haiti to Fernand Sainvil and Emie Cadet on September 26th 1967. She went to high school at Saint Francois d Assise and after graduating moved to the US permanently in 1989 to continue her education. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from St. John’s University and furthered her education to obtain her certification as a physician assistant. She worked as a physician assistant for 28 years working at Brooklyn Hospital, Rikers Island, and Staten Island University Hospital. She enjoyed travelling, watching sport games, and volunteering in organizations to give back to her community in Haiti.
Rose was a loving and devoted mother, wife, and daughter who worked hard for her family. She will be remembered for her kind spirit, pure heart, and fierce determination. She was a bright
light to all those that she encountered. She is survived by her mother, Emie Cadet, husband, Ludger Apollon, and three children, Sebastien Apollon, Luigi Apollon, and Helene Apollon. She is preceded in death by her father Fernand Sainvil.
Visitation will be held at Gosselin Funeral Home on May 10, 2025 at 8:45 am. Funeral service will be held at St. Cecilia Church. Gosselin Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements.
