Robert G. Shackley

Robert Glenn Shackley, 66, of Colonia, NJ, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025. A man of quiet devotion and good intentions, Bob lived a life marked by simplicity and his love of family. Bob is survived by his two boys, Robert J. Shackley and Matthew T. Shackley. His sons were his eternal pride and joy.

Bob loved the beach, lighthouses, and exploring nature. His appreciation of music and unique sense of humor left a meaningful impression on all he met. With a soft spot for cats, he took care of countless strays in his lifetime.

A viewing will be held by the family on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 4-7 PM at Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison. Please join us as we remember and celebrate the man, friend, and father Robert G. Shackley.
