Rita (Esposito) Kile

Rita Ann Kile (née Esposito) passed away at her home in Cream Ridge on December 31, 2019. She was 76 years old. Rita was born in Jersey City to Nicholas and Katherine Esposito, raised her family in Iselin, and spent most of her retirement years in Somerset, New Jersey. She was employed by St. Mary’s Church and Rectory in Bound Brook for 18 years.

Rita enjoyed the unconditional love of small children and pets who always found their way to her. Her fondness for dancing, travel and an opinionated debate got her heart pumping until it could no longer beat on its own.

A self proclaimed night owl and lover of all things sweet, Rita was married to her devoted husband, Robert Kile for 58 years. He survives her along with her sister Lorraine Gregg, her daughter Judith Kile, her son Robert K. Kile and his wife Carla, her grandchildren Jessica Kile, Nicholas Kile and his wife Stephanie, her great grandson Neiko Kile and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass which will be held at St. Helena’s Church on January 4 at 10:00am. Interment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery.
