Rhona E Lawson

Rhona E Lawson passed away Monday December 9, 2019 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica and resided in Somerset before moving to Edison in 1986.

She was a certified nursing assistant for NJ Veterans Hospital in Edison for 28 years.  She enjoyed traveling and vacationing and was a very giving person always there to help family and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, her sisters Mae Williams and Beatrice Wilson and her brother James Christie.

Surviving are her son Richard Lawson, special mention to her niece Ingrid Johnson, her sisters Enid Johnson and Meggreta Lewin, her brothers Tony and Lloyd and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday January 24, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Blessing Saturday January 25, 2020 at 11:00am at the funeral home. followed by  entombment at St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia .
