Philip P Letavish

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, godfather and friend, Philip Letavish passed away peacefully on July 13, 2022 with the love of his family surrounding his bedside.

Phil Letavish was born on June 29, 1978 in Weehawken, NJ. He will be dearly missed by all his family, friends and everyone at Hartwyck at Oaktree where he resided for the last 20 years.

Phil was known for his beautiful ocean blue eyes that would light up any room as well as his fist pump! Phil enjoyed watching sports, particularly his St. Louis Rams or Rutgers Football. Phil enjoyed a good meal, especially mom or dads homemade pasta. He truly enjoyed visits from his family and music.

He is survived by his parents: Carolyn Keough and Philip Letavish, brother Timothy Letavish, his wife Kelly and sister Lori Sarmiento, as well as his niece Whitney and nephews Trevor and Javier.

The visitation will be held at Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison, New Jersey on Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 3-7pm. The funeral mass will be Monday, July 18, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Helena’s Church in Edison, New Jersey with interment at Hillside Cemetery in Metuchen, New Jersey.
