Peter Garby

    Peter Garby, 77, of Toms River, died peacefully Saturday, November 25, 2023, at home, surrounded by his loving family.
    Born in Elizabeth, Peter grew up in Clark, before moving to Edison in 1977. He retired to Toms River in 2010.  A veteran of the United States Navy, Peter always had a love of the sea and enjoyed fishing and crabbing.
    Peter is predeceased by his wife, Ronni (2005) and his son Jonathan (2016). Surviving are his son Jason and his wife Lauren Garby, of Manalapan, and his granddaughters Leah and Tessa.
    Visitation Wednesday November 29, 2023 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Day of Funeral Visitation Thursday November 30, 2023 from 8:30am to 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00am mass at St Helena Church, Edison. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
