Michael J Kukish

Michael (Mike) J. Kukish, 70, of Colonia, New Jersey, passed away on March 9,2025  at JFK hospital in Edison, New Jersey.

Michael was born in Plainfield New Jersey to Augusta and Anthony Kukish on November 15, 1954.  He went to high school at Perth Amboy Vo-tech and then went on to start his own General Contracting  business for over 40 years.  He was an avid fisherman and animal lover.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jane Kukish of Colonia.  His two daughters Kathleen Kukish of Lehighton PA and Melissa Racelis of Effort PA and his 4 granddaughters Ania Racelis, Sadie Racelis, Mila Racelis and Catherine Jane Young.

Funeral services will be held at Gosselin’s funeral home, Edison,  on Thursday March 13th at 8:30am, a church service to follow at 10am at St John Vianney in Colonia.  Visitation will be held at Gosselin’s funeral home, Edison,  on March 12th from 3pm to 7pm.
