Mary Ann Simon

Maryann (Weeks) Simon, born in 1941 in Maspeth NY. Passed at the age of 88 at JFK Hospital; due to pneumonia and cardiac arrest.

Daughter of the late Carl F. and Harriet (Markowicz) Weeks. Maryann was one of nine children. She grew up in Queens, NY.. Previously married and divorced with one daughter, Debra Isekai. Married to Peter Simon in a second marriage approx. 1970. They raised one son Peter Simon Jr.

Maryann was a stay at home housewife who enjoyed her plants, birds, and her cats in her spare time. She always had a smile and a positive look on life. She was also dressed up even if only going to the store. She took great pride in her appearance. She will be greatly missed.

Maryann is pre-deceased by her five sisters; Pauline Weeks, Constance Crianza, Margaret Beck, Elizabeth Bivone, Christina Reyes; and her 2 brothers John Weeks and Stanley Weeks. She is survived by her son Peter Simon Jr, her husband Peter Simon Sr., her brother Edward Weeks of NY, and numerous nieces and nephews.
