Marilyn P Maier

Marilyn Maier, finally at peace, entered eternal rest on January 23rd, 2024. Beloved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. She was born on June 27th, 1960, on Governors Island, New York, grew up in Dumont, and was a life long resident of New Jersey.

She is survived by her brother Fred, sister-in-law Maria, niece Joanna and several cousins. The family would like to thank the New Jersey Institute for Disabilities in Edison, New Jersey Mentor in Ridgewood and Toms River, and Totowa Developmental Center for their many years of care and support and for treating her as family.

Marilyn is predeceased by her father Henry, her mother Elizabeth, and brothers Johnny and Andy.

Visitation Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Funeral Mass 11:00am Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at St. John Vianney Church. Interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, New Jersey.
