Maria A Bauer

Maria A. Bauer (nee Guiro), 72, of Edison, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on October 22, 2024.  Born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she is predeceased by her loving husband of 23 years, Harold R. Bauer, her mother, Carmella J. Guiro and father, Frank L. Guiro.

A proud graduate of Battin High School, she retired from The FourFront Group in 2021.  She followed her passion for animals by pet sitting, gardening and traveling and would regale of her tales.  

She is survived by her stepchildren, Denise Bauer, Harold R. Bauer Jr. (Howie), Daniel Bauer and Robert Bauer; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; and her beloved nieces and nephew that she loved as her own and their children.
