Madeleine Theresa Hoefling

February 1st, 2020 at the age of 87 years old, Madeleine Theresa Easson-Hoefling passed away. She resided in the Colonia Section of Woodbridge Township. Madeleine was born September 12th 1932 from the late Frank Easson & Helena Turcotte. Madeleine was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scotch Plains, NJ. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. Madeleine will be greatly missed, but we know we will see her again once we reach our heavenly home.

Madeleine is survived by her loving husband, Neil Hoefling, who cherished her throughout the years. She is predeceased by both parents, as well as, her brother Claude and sister Joanne. The oldest of the five siblings, she is survived by her bother Jack and sister Jenny. Madeleine has 12 children, as well as, 4 step-children whom she loved and adored with many grandchildren and great grandchildren that brought joy to her life. She had a fondness for her two fur-babies Max and Nitro. A Matriarch of her family, her hobbies were reading her kindle and playing Pinochle with her beloved Husband. She will be missed dearly as she had touched so many lives.

Visitation Wednesday February 5, 2020 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Funeral Services Thursday February 6, 2020 9:00am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00am Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scotch Plains. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery Colonia.
