Mabel Linda Piotti

Mabel Linda Piotti was born on Sunday, July 23, 1950 and passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023.  Mabel Piotti was a resident of Colonia, New Jersey at the time of passing.  She was a retired Food Service Manager, via Marriott, for Florence Avenue School in Irvington, New Jersey.  Mabel was one of thirteen children (seven sisters and five brothers).

Mabel is survived by her husband Ernie and the two withstood life’s ups and downs of a 50 plus year marriage.  She is also survived by her loving children Scott, Danielle, Louis, and “favorite & only” Son-in-Law Michael.  She also leaves behind grandchildren; Ava, Abigail, Michael Jr. and Mason.  Additional grandchildren; Mimi, Cisco, and Jacky, as well as one great-grandchild Gianna, by way of marriage.  Mabel also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mabel loved family, friends, and life.  She enjoyed warm weather and sitting on her front porch talking to her friendly neighbors.  Mabel loved cooking and baking for her family, watching cooking shows (Pioneer Woman), matting pictures for her grandchildren, playing Mahjong, playing card games with grandchildren, doing crossword rub offs, listening to oldies music (especially Elvis), watching Tik Tok videos, facetiming with family, and decorating for all holidays, especially Christmas, her favorite.

Family and friends are welcome to attend her services and blessing at Gosselin Funeral Home from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
