Luisa E Franco

Luisa Franco, 85, of North Edison, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Born in the Dominican Republic, Luisa later moved to Chicago, IL, where she worked as a medical assistant for several years. Her journey then took her to New York City, where she met and married Arnaldo Franco. Together, they moved to Woodbridge Township and eventually settled in North Edison, raising a beautiful family of three children.

Luisa continued her career as a certified home health aide before retiring. She was a devoted member of St. Helena Roman Catholic Church for 38 years.

Predeceased by her parents, Julio and Rosa, a younger sister, three younger brothers, and her loving husband, Arnaldo, Luisa is survived by her daughter Maria and her husband Aderito, her two sons Arnold and John, and her two grandchildren, Nicole and Benjamin. She also leaves behind four sisters, three brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services:

•     Funeral Mass: Monday, December 16th, at 10:30 AM at St. Helena Church, 950 Grove Avenue, Edison, NJ.

•     Entombment: Following the Mass at St. Gertrude Cemetery at 53 Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ.

•     Officiated by: Fr. Gregory Zannetti, Fr. Deniskingsley Nwagwu, S.D.V., Fr. Joseph Kubiak, OFM Cap.
