Louis A. Saporito

Louis Saporito, 94, passed away peacefully at the Menlo Park Veterans Memorial Home on December 11th, 2023. Louis was born on August 17th, 1929 in Newark, NJ, and was the beloved husband of the late Frances Saporito.

Louis was a loving father to his three children, Michael Saporito and wife Sheree, Cathy McGann and husband Edward, and Christopher Saporito.  He also was a beloved grandfather to his three grandsons, Michael (Emily), Steven, and Mathew (Zalika) Saporito. Louis was also a step father to Lorraine (Carmen) and Robert, and step grandfather to Jason (Kim), Bryan, and Gabrielle (Louis).

Louis worked at RCA and later was self employed in the food industry.  He was a huge Yankee fan and his greatest joy was spending time with his family.  His sense of humor and warm heart touched all those who knew him.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John Vianney Church in Colonia on Saturday, December 16th at 10 am.  Following the Mass, Interment will be at St. Gertrude's Cemetary in Colonia.
