Kevin M McGrory

Kevin McGrory passed away on Wednesday, June 1st at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ, surrounded by his loving children. 
Born in New Brunswick, NJ, on September 20th, 1956, Kevin grew up in Old Bridge, Edison, and Colonia townships throughout his younger years. He was a cub scout and would later excell at bowling. His favorite location growing up was Lake Duhernal. 
He married his wife of 40 years, Deborah McGrory (née Bobkoskie) on November 22, 1981, in Metuchen, NJ. Together they would have six children. Kevin worked at Webcraft Technologies in North Brunswick, NJ, as a printing press operator for 30+ years. He was also a skilled mechanic and always loved to work on automobiles since adolescence. 
Kevin was a very loving and jovial man, always making those around him laugh and lifting the spirits of all. He was a car enthusiast and loved to discuss automobiles, especially those which he had owned in his lifetime. His favorite activity was to go on hiking trips with his son, Jack. He was a very strong-willed individual and always maintained positivity throughout his life, even despite the many hardships that he would endure. He loved his family very dearly, and this was the most important thing to him in life.
Kevin is predeceased by his wife, Deborah McGrory (née Bobkoskie); his infant son, Kevin McGrory Jr.; his father, Edward McGrory; his mother, Bernice McGrory (née Seeburg); his father-in-law, John "Jack" Bobkoskie; his mother-in-law, Joyce Bobkoskie (née Meisberger); and his nephew, Michael DiGiorgio. 
He is survived by his sons, William, Michael, and Jack McGrory; his daughters, Kandace and Kaycee McGrory; his granddaughter, Kaia Jade McGrory; his sisters, Sharon DiGiorgio and Patricia Fragoso; his brothers, Edward and Kenneth McGrory, and his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Wednesday June 8, 2022 from 8:30am to 10:30am at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Funeral Mass Wednesday June 8, 2022 10:45am at St John Vianney RC Church, Colonia. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery Colonia.
