Kevin T Maher

Kevin T. Maher, 70, of Rahway, NJ, passed away on May 20, 2025 at his home in Rahway, NJ surrounded by his loving children. 

Kevin was born in Bronx, NY to Thomas and Joan Maher on September 4, 1954. He graduated from Cedar Ridge High School in 1972. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1973-1974. He worked in the pool industry for a number of years achieving a partnership before starting his own successful pool company in 2000. Kevin was the owner of Paradise Pools Service & Supply, Inc. for 25 years. As a former athlete, he enjoyed playing softball for many years and later found a love for golf. He was a member of the Old Bridge Elks for 43 years and enjoyed playing in their shuffleboard league. He loved watching his children play sports, the Yankees, the Giants, John Wayne, his children, grandchildren and his rescue dog Skye. 

Kevin is predeceased by his parents, Thomas & Joan Maher. Kevin is survived by his daughter, Katrina Rizzolo, her husband Louis, and their two children, Bryleigh & Louis, his son Kevin Maher Jr., his wife Jennifer, and their 3 children, Laila, KJ & Luca, his son Ryan Maher, his daughters Amber, Jenna and Danielle Maher, and his 7 siblings Christine Ott, Michael Maher and his wife Cathy, Carol Daigle and her husband Dave, Cathleen Guild and her husband (d. Douglas H Guild Jr.), Timothy Maher, Susan Renew and her husband Joe, John Maher and his wife Jenny, and many many nieces and nephews. 

Kevin will be remembered for his kind and generous heart, his sarcastic and straightforward personality, and the love he had for his children and family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his children and grandchildren.
