John Turnbull, Jr.

John Turnbull, Jr. 62 died Saturday February 20, 2021 @ JFK Medical Center. John was born on January 13, 1959 in Jersey City, NJ. John shared his birthday with his beloved wife Karen of 32 yrs. John was born to the late John Turnbull, Sr. and Joyce Rifflard Turnbull. He worked at Continental Airlines then United Airlines for 29 years before retiring in August. John married his beloved wife Karen in 1989 and began their life together. Resided in Colonia for 27 years before moving to Iselin in 2019. His passion was traveling and we shared many adventures together.

John leaves behind his wife Karen of 32 years, his mother Joyce Rifflard Turnbull of Glen Allen, VA, his brother Scott & Beth Turnbullof Glen Allen , VA, and his sister Jill Turnbull Howell and husband Darren of Hubert, NC. Brother-in law Joseph Ciarricco of Iselin.

Also John leaves his only niece Alyssa Ciarricco Atkinson of Brick and her husband Christopher. Nephews Anthony Ciarricco of Bayville, Dominic Ciarricco of Freehold , Jorden Howell of Hubert, NC and Jonathan Vaz of Florida. And also his first great niece Aurora Lynne Ciarricco.

A memorial service will be held at Oakridge Park at 136 Oak Ridge Road, Clark N.J. 07066 on June 12th, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. When entering the park please look for the tent placement located in Mitchel Grove.
