Joanne Chase

Joanne Chase, 64, passed away comfortably at her home on Monday March 29th, 2021 from natural causes related to her ongoing struggle with diabetes

She was born on September 10th, 1956, in Bayonne, NJ and resided in Iselin before moving to Brick Town 40 years ago.

At the age of 17 Joanne began volunteering with the Iselin First Aid Squad, where she worked for ten years until moving to South Jersey.

She worked at Marlboro State Psychiatric Hospital for 15 years, then she went to New Lisbon Hospital for Developmentally Disabled Hospital for 5 years before eventually going on disability.

Joanne is predeceased by her father Stanley Chase.  She is survived by her longtime partner of 30 years, Margaret “Peggy” Rodeo, her mother Virginia Chase, her younger brothers Edward “Eddie” Chase znd his wife Cindy, James Scott Chase, and sister Susan Pichalski. She is also survived by her nephews Daniel Chase (Ashlee Chase), Jake Chase, Dylan Chase Anthony Pichalski and her nieces Madison Chase, Kayle Farley (Ryan Farley) and Cameron Chase. She is also survived by two great grandnieces, Peyton McDowell & Elliot Chase. 

Joanne touched all of the lives of the people she knew. May she rest in peace.
