Joan Tarnalicki

Joan Tarnalicki, 88 of Colonia, NJ passed away on September 6, 2021 at JFK Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Joan was born on February 10, 1933 in Wilkes Barre, PA. She is predeceased by her parents Simona Kurinka and Katherine Kartichak. She is also predeceased by her husband John Tarnalicki, her brothers Sam and Joe and sisters Mary, Ann, Helen and Rose. 

Joan is survived by her son John J. Tarnalicki and his wife Jean. She is also survived by her two granddaughters Nicole and her husband Steve and Jennifer and her husband Arjun as well as her loving great grandchildren Madison and Nathaniel.

Joan worked at Drew Florist in Colonia for many years. She enjoyed sewing, listening to polka music and attending polka dances. She also enjoyed dressing up as Mrs. Claus with her late husband (Mr. Claus). Joan also volunteered in the kitchen for many years at the Bayway Polish Home.

Visitation Friday September 10, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Funeral Services Saturday September 11, 2021 7:45am at the funeral home followed by a 9:00am Mass at St. John Vianney RC Church, Colonia. Entombment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
