Gregory Ginzburg, 72, of Edison, NJ, was tragically taken from this world on Sunday, February 16. Born in Kharkov, Ukraine, Gregory developed a deep passion for music from his mother, Noemi, and a talent for building and fixing things from his father, Moisey. A skilled engineer educated in the Soviet Union, Gregory lived in St. Petersburg, Russia, before emigrating just before the fall of the USSR. He briefly resided in Rome, Italy with his son, Philip; his stepson, Alex; and his loving second wife, Victoria, before settling in New Jersey. His daughter from his first marriage, Alina, joined him in the US several years later.
Gregory was a dedicated builder, known for constructing homes in the North Brunswick area, and for leading multiple successful international businesses. A hardworking man, he will be remembered not only for his achievements but for his intelligence, charisma, and deep love of family, music, and friends. To know him was to love him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Victoria; his son, Philip; his daughter, Alina; and his four granddaughters, Michelle, Diana, Eleanor, and Misha, who all adored him. He also leaves behind his
daughter-in-law, Katie, who is expecting twins.
