Gloria Keker

Gloria Keker, 93, of Colonia, New Jersey passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, leaving behind a life defined by devotion to her family and a generous heart that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Gloria began her career at Esso in Linden, NJ prior to starting her family. Gloria was a volunteer for 28 years at Ashbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Scotch Plains, NJ. She enjoyed helping with resident activities and maintaining the courtyard garden.

Gloria was born in Linden, NJ and moved to Colonia 70 years ago. Her greatest joy was her family, and she poured her love into each generation with unwavering warmth. Gloria is predeceased by her husband Michael (1997) and is survived by her seven children: three sons M. Scott (Cara), Timothy (Sylvia), and Paul (Kerry); and four daughters Jo‑Ann Keker, Roseann Foote, Dorothy Wantrobski (Stan), and Lori Cirianni (Onofrio). Gloria also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, great-great grandsons, nieces, and nephews. She is also survived by her brother Michael Dobos.
