Gloria T Aucoin

Gloria Therese Aucoin, 90, passed away peacefully at her residence in Iselin, NJ on April 3, 2023. She is now resting comfortably in the arms of the Lord.

Gloria was born in Southbridge, MA to Aurore and Edward Duquette. She moved to Linden, NJ after her marriage to Robert Aucoin and subsequently moved to Colonia where she raised a beautiful family of three boys until retiring to a loving community in Iselin. Gloria supervised a volunteer program leading prayer services at Roosevelt Care Center for 40 years and was a devout Catholic and communicant of St. Cecelia Church in Iselin.

Gloria is predeceased by her parents, Aurore and Edward, brother Robert and husband Robert.

She is survived by her loving sons Richard, James, and David as well as daughters-in-law Kim, Charlene, and Theresa. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, Stacey Brady and her husband John, Danielle Kuti and her husband Jim, Michael Aucoin and his wife Dana, Tara Graham and her husband Marcel, Marissa Aucoin and her partner Blakely Aaronson, Alexa Aucoin and her partner Kevin Meagher, and Matthew Aucoin and his wife Maria. Gloria has also been blessed with five great-grandchildren, Morgan and John Brady, Cambria and Caleb Graham, and Valentina Aucoin, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The Aucoin Family would like to extend their sincere thank you and appreciation to all the priests, volunteers, and friends who visited her while homebound these last few months. You were a source of strength and joy.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday April 11th from 3-7PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 9:15AM on Wednesday April 12th at the funeral home.  Funeral mass to begin at 10:30AM at St. Cecelia Church at 45 Wilus Way Iselin, NJ. Entombment to follow mass at St. Gertrude Cemetery at 53 Inman Avenue Colonia, NJ.
