Frank M Goodman

Frank M. Goodman of Colonia, NJ passed away on January 21, 2025 at the age of 78 after a brief illness.

Frank was a mechanical engineer and loved talking with everyone about water treatment. Throughout his career, he worked for Graver Water Company and Merck. Frank also worked as a consultant for Jones Lang LaSalle and Sodexo.

An avid lover of sports, Frank held a black belt in judo, played for a semi-pro NJ football team, competed a triathlon, and played for his company's softball team. Frank also loved watching sports, rooting for the Yankees and Giants. Frank especially loved attending the baseball games of his grandson, Jack, and the cheerleading activities of his granddaughter, Holly. Frank also had fun playing ball with his great-nephew, Andrew.

Some of Frank's favorite activities were gardening, walking in the park and on the beach, and biking. No matter the weather, Frank would always enjoy the outdoors. Frank also liked watching Westerns and munching on his favorite snacks, pretzels and licorice.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Anne and Francis Goodman; his brother, Gary Goodman; and his sister, Lori Goodman. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Arlene Goodman. He is also survived by his two sons, Craig Goodman and Kevin Goodman, and two daughters-in-law, Michelle Goodman and Mandy Goodman. He is also survived by two loving grandchildren, Jack and Holly Goodman. He is survived by brother, Patrick Goodman. Also mourning his passing are his sister-in-law, Debbie Casabona; niece and nephew-in-law, Kristen and Rich Luettchau; loving great-nephew, Andrew Luettchau; cousins, Tara, John, and Jeffrey Mercogliano; and cousins, Denise and Ish Figueiredo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Followed by a 12:00 PM interment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
