Elvira "Vera" Stach

Elvira “Vera” Stach, 91 years young, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 9th at her current residence, Brandywine Living Facility, Howell, NJ. Vera was born in Elizabeth, NJ where she spent most of her life, married her sweetheart Charles whom she spent more than 61 loving years with as partners. She was an avid Bingo player, expressed her artistic side by making wreaths and in her younger days enjoyed her share of dancing at the local neighborhood Dance Halls.

Vera was one of 5 siblings, 3 sisters: Geraldine, Antoinette and Marie and 1 brother, Sonny. She is predeceased by her husband Charlie and her daughter Debra Ann and is survived by her children, Doreen (Howie), Donna, Dawn (Jomar) and her son-in-law Jeffrey Davis. She has 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place at Gosselin Funeral Home, Edison, NJ, Viewing Friday evening Jan.12th, 6pm-8pm and Service Sat. morning Jan. 13th 9:30-10:30am with internment at Cloverleaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge, NJ to follow.
