Carmela Principe

Carmela Principe age 85 of Colonia, passed away peacefully on Sunday May 30th 2021 surrounded by her family.

Carmela is survived by her adoring husband of 64 years Albert, as well as her four loving daughters and son in laws; Rosemarie and Gary Prignano of Colonia NJ, Teresa and Thomas McCammon of Lewes DE, Diane and Jay Frank of Woodbridge NJ and Andrea and Dan Tannenbaum of Flemington NJ. She is also survived by her four precious grandchildren Andrea and Jason Frank, Samuel and Benjamin Tannenbaum.

Carmela had the biggest heart full of love and compassion and she was the best mom ever. Her number one priority and biggest joy was always her husband and her adoring family. She will always be “Cookie”, Mommy and Nani to her family and will live on in all our hearts forever.

Visitation Friday June 4, 2021 from 9:00am to 10:30 am at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. A blessing will be held on Friday June 4, 2021 10:30 am at the funeral home followed by Interment at St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
