Beverly Urbanski

Beverly Urbanski (nee Genz) age 84, entered eternal rest Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at JFK Medical Center in Edison. Born in Newark and raised in Hillside, Beverly attended Hillside High School where she met lifelong friends and her husband Walter. They moved to Iselin 59 years ago. Beverly worked at Coldwell Banker in Metuchen as an office manager for more than 20 years. Throughout her life Beverly was unstoppable. She was the Queen of the slot machines in Atlantic City and a loyal fan of the NY Giants and NY Yankees. She was predeceased by her loving husband and her father John Genz and mother Rose Genz. She is survived by her heartbroken cousins and fiercely devoted friends. Donations in her memory can be made to the Woodbridge Elks Lodge 2116 in Woodbridge, NJ. Interment will be held at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia on Saturday, December 23 at 11:00 am.
