Antoinette P Chichele

Antoinette P Chichele passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Clark Nursing Home, Clark. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ and resided in Iselin and Colonia before moving to Clark in 2009. She was an inspector at Singers in Elizabeth before she was married in 1948. After her children were older she worked in quality control for Mattel as a toy tester. After Mattel she worked part time for Petro Packaging Co in Cranford until she became ill. She bowled for St Cecelia’s Bowling league, she enjoyed line dancing, collecting coins and distributed State quarters to her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved playing cards and vacationing with the seniors.

She is predeceased by her husband Rocco Chichele, her parents Peter and Frances Araneo and her siblings Angelina Bobertz, John Araneo, Mary Naha and Ann Todd. She is survived by her children James Chichele, Diane Winter and her husband Fred, Patricia Mirabella and her husband Frank, her grandchildren Lisa, Christina and her husband Christopher, Frank, Jr. and Carolann also her great grandchildren Nicholas, Ryan and Gabriella.

Visitation Sunday December 16, 2018 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 17 ,2018 at 8:30am at the funeral home, followed by a 9:30am Mass at St. Helena’s R.C. Church, Edison.  Interment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
