Anna Lichowid

Anna Lichowid, 95, of Edison, NJ passed away in her home on December 25, 2021. She was a resident of Edison since 1953 and resided in the house her late husband built in the same year. She was a beloved mother and grandmother to her two sons and four grandchildren. Her third grandchild Anthony was her main caregiver for the last couple of years.

Anna, beloved wife of the late Anthony Lichowid is survived by her two sons and their wives: Robert (and his wife Jan) and George (and his wife Amber), four grandchildren: Cyndi, Patrick, Anthony, and Joshua, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was a devoted member at St. Helena’s Church in Edison where she was an active parishioner. She was a member of St. Helena’s Alter Rosary Society, Legion of Mary, Firemen’s Ladies Auxiliary, and Secretary of the Oak Tree Senior Club.

A viewing will be held at Gosselin Funeral Home from 7:30 to 9:30 PM on Thursday December 30, 2021 on the corner of Wood Ave and New Dover Rd. Funeral services for Anna will be held 11:30 AM on Friday, December 31, 2021 at St Helena Roman Catholic Church in Edison with Entombment at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia to follow after the services.
