Alice A Barrett

Alice A Barrett, 84, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was born in East Orange and resided in Edison before moving to Bridgewater in 2008.

Alice is predeceased by her parents Leslie and Mary Young, her siblings, Joan, Leslie, Peter and Doris

Surviving are her children Kathleen Cogan and her husband James, Barbara Kaulius and her husband Jerry and her son John Barrett also 5 grandchildren Katie, Kevin, Patrick, Jackie and Jill. Alice is also survived by her sister Mary Jane Aneckstein.

Alice enjoyed frequent trips to Kohls with coupon in hand and Red Lobster with her son John. She was proud of being a homemaker, a mom and spending time with her family.

The family would like to thank the staff at Brandywine Assisted Living for their caring and support for the passed 16 years.

Visitation Thursday October 7, 2021 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison, followed by a 12:00pm Blessing at the Funeral Home. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
