Obituary

Albert Rohm passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at home
surrounded by his family. He was 95 years old. He was born on December 24, 1926 in
Wildberg, Germany to Karl and Clara Roehm.
Albert received his Meisterpruefung as Metzgermeister in order to take over the family
Metzgerei/Butchershop. He immigrated to the USA in 1954. He worked as a butcher by
trade until retiring in 1991 from Gaiser’s Pork Store. Albert was a caring, loving, super
positive man, who loved being a dad and to laugh. He enjoyed reading, music, gardening,
soccer (playing and watching) and his happiest times were spent with family and his dog.
He will be dearly missed.
Albert was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Luise, and his sisters Gisela, Alwine and
Sigrid and is survived by his daughter Cathy.
