It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Adele Miskewicz, who departed this world on August 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Born in Elizabeth, NJ in 1934, she was a kind and generous soul who touched the lives of many.
She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Sharon Miskewicz and her son, Stanley Miskewicz III, and his wife, Mary Ann Miskewicz. She adored her grandchildren, Amanda Miskewicz-Zastrow, Ashley Steward, and JR Miskewicz, and her great-grandchildren, Adam, Alexander, Sophia, and Ava. Adele was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter and Stanley, and her sisters, Florence and Martha.
After retiring, she found great joy in her community at the senior complex, where she loved organizing social events, and playing Rummikub and Pokeno with friends. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Helena Roman Catholic Church in Edison and along with two close friends, was affectionately known as “the Golden Girls.”
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
