Walter Huryk, Sr. Obituary

Walter Huryk passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 at his home in Iselin. He was born and resided in Newark before moving to Iselin in 1951. He proudly served our country in the Army during WW ll.

Walt worked for Singer Engineering in Livingston for 30 years retiring 26 years ago.Walter was a member of the Iselin American Legion and the Iselin VFW. He was active many years ago in the Iselin Little League.

Walter was predeceased by his parents Stephen and Frances Huryk also his three brothers and one sister. Surviving are his wife of 70 years Peggy Huryk, his children Walter S Huryk, Jr and his wife Alice, Jane Dziadyk and her husband Michael, his grandchildren Geoffrey, Jessica, Sandra, Michael and Christina.

Visitation on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM, at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Blessing will be Tuesday at 6:30PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
