Susan Kanda Obituary

Susan Kanda, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at JFK Haven Hospice, Edison. She was born and resided in Elizabeth before moving to Colonia in 1979.

She was a secretary for Colonia High School for over 25 years retiring in 2015.

Susan was predeceased by her husband Alexander (Sandy) Kanda (2007), her parents Joseph and Antoinette Federico. Surviving are her daughter Lindsay McNamara and her husband Brian; her two grandsons Patrick and Declan; her sister Diane Talbot and her husband Gregory; her brother Joseph Federico and his wife Patricia; her niece Lauren Zych and her husband Matthew and her great nephew William.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday February 21, 2018 at 9:30AM at St. John Vianney RC Church, Colonia. All to meet at Church. Entombment to follow in St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, Colonia.
