Pauline Sutter of Colonia passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 20,2017 at CentraState Hospital Freehold. Mrs. Sutter was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Staten Island before moving to Colonia in 1960.
She was a cafeteria supervisor for Colonia Junior High School in Colonia for 10 years retiring in 1987. Pauline was the senior citizen recreation director for Evergreen Senior Citizens in Colonia for 5 years.
Pauline was predeceased by her husband Charles Sutter (2011), her brother Dominick, and her sister Jeannette DeLisa. Surviving are her 2 sons Charles(Carol) Sutter of Hillsborough and Ronald (Lisa) Sutter of South Amboy,3 grandchildren Nicholas, Ryan and Brooke also 3 great grandchildren Thomas, Nicholas and Gavin her sister Theresa Ferrara.
Visitation Friday September 22,2017 from 4:00PM and 8:00PM Funeral services will be held on Saturday 8:00AM at the Funeral Home, followed by a 9:00AM Mass at St. John Vianney Church, Colonia. Burial to follow in St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia.
