Kathleen M Heaning

Kathleen Marie Heaning, age 63, of Matawan NJ loving mother, sister and aunt passed away at Raritan Bay Medical Center on March 17, 2018 after a sudden illness. She was born to the late James B Lynch Jr. and Jane McCreadie on January 21, 1955. 

Kathy graduated from JP Stevens HS in Edison NJ and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. She worked as an insurance underwriter for most of her career. Kathy was a long time resident of Edison NJ but her second home was Wells Beach ME. o Kathy is survived by son Robert Heaning, her sister Kelly E Whitney husband Jack Whitney of Wells ME, nephews Jeremy Lynch and wife Elena of Southwick MA. Ryan Lynch of Tampa FL James B Lynch IV of East Longmeadow, MA and wife Olga, Christopher Lynch and wife Holly of Monson MA and Chase and Dylan Whitney of Wells ME. Grand nieces Haley-Ann and Riley and grand nephews Mason, Rylan and Jacob and her faithful companion Carly.

She loved the shore, travel, reading and spending time with family. Her greatest joy was time spent with her nephews, grand nieces and nephews. She was an avid New York Yankee fan, but A-Rod not so much.  Kathy is predeceased by her brothers James B Lynch III and Michael S Lynch. 

Visitation  will be Tuesday March 20th from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison, NJ. Blessing will be 6:30PM on Tuesday.In lieu of flowers kindly make a donation to North Shore Animal League.
