Joseph M Harkins

Joseph Harkins passed away at home on January 1, 2018. He was born in Elizabeth and resided in Linden and Edison before moving to Iselin in 1991. He was a self-employed Auto Body Repairman and was also a member of the Local 715 Carpenters Union, Elizabeth.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents John and Theresa Harkins. Surviving are his wife of 26 years Maria Riggi Harkins, his daughter Michelle Harkins and his brother John “Jack” P. Harkins Jr. He also leaves behind his beloved German Shepherds Luna and Nova.

Visitation will be Monday 1/15/2018 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Blessing will be at 7:30PM that evening. Cremation will be private.
