I'm so sorry to hear about Gene's passing. It just won't be the same every time I visit and not see Gene (and Ronnie) in the hot tub. I hope that you find some comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain.

So very sorry to hear of Gene's passing...may he rest in peace now after his brave battle with cancer! Although I had not seen him in 50 years... Gene and I were classmates at WHS prior to his move to JFK that first year after it was built. We actually hung around in the same group of friends and shared many good times during high school and for a few years after. My heart goes out to his loving family...may you all know that he now is with the angels...and at peace. God speed Gene...

Dear Ronnie, Chrissy, Johnny and Dee,
We are so sorry to hear of the brave battle Gene fought with his cancer and the passing from his family back to our Father’s home.
Gene was such a wonderful person. The type that would give you the shirt off his back and more. Full of fun with everyone he encountered.
I especially loved how his photography appeared so unique. Gene was one of a kind, an original. No one matched his gift.
A great friend of my brother Valentine for many years. Through their friendship, I met Gene. He always was kind, goodhearted, full of laughter and quite a fun person to be around.
Gene will be greatly missed. I will always have fond memories with his name written on them.
Our deepest and sincere sympathies,
Andria and mother Ann Rzepinski
