Dolores Rivera passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Manhattan, NY and resided in Bronx, NY finally settling down in Colonia with her husband 52 years ago. Dolores was a loving mom to her 3 children and a devoted wife. Active member of St. John Vianney Church. She was very generous with her donations to various charities.
Dolores was predeceased by her husband Henry Rivera (1996) and her son Gregg Rivera (1986). Surviving are her children Joey Rivera of Colonia and Corinne and her husband Dejan Kostadinovich of Colonia; and 1 grandchild Nicole; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday January 2, 2018 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Road Edison. Funeral services Wednesday January 3, 2018 8:30AM at the funeral home followed by a 9:30AM mass at St. John Vianney Church, Colonia. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
