Carol Melia Obituary

Carol A. Melia passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 18, 2019 at JFK Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Carol was born in Elizabeth and resided in Port Reading before moving to Iselin in 1986.

She was a operations manager for Cortel Business Solutions in Perth Amboy for 35 years retiring in 2016. Carol enjoyed fly fishing at Big Flat Brook in Sussex County, NJ, she loved antique and vintage jewelry but most of all spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her parents Paul and Margaret Fornadel. Surviving are her husband of 50 years Michael J. Melia, her son Michael J. Melia, ll and her brothers Richard and William Fornadel.

Visitation Saturday December 21, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Cremation Private.
