Rosemarie L. (Rizzolo) Bispo

Rosemarie L. Bispo, of Edison passed away on Tuesday, September 20th at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.  She was 80.

Born in Newark, she lived in East Orange before moving to Edison in 1972.

She was a homemaker.

Rose enjoyed cooking for the holidays, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Her husband, Alfred Bispo passed away in 1974.  She is also predeceased by her brother, Robert; sisters, Marlena and Jovina; and son-in-law, David Mendez.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Alfred & Judy Bispo of Edison and John & Donna Bispo also of Edison; daughters, Debbie Bispo of Edison and Doreen Mendez of South Plainfield; sister, Porsche Meoli; 6 grandchildren, Michael (wife, Marianna), Doriann, Ryan, Jagger, Jovanni and Alfred; and great-grandchild, Annamaria.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 25th from 3 - 5 PM at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison.  Blessing will be held on Monday, September 26th at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Committal to follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway.
